How to Get Wheels in 7 Days to Die

Wheels are apparently available at gas stations and garages for looting. However, currently, we haven’t found any in Alpha 19.3. Previous versions may have had some.

Also, creating a wheel is an easier way to obtain one. You will need the following materials to make a wheel:

Forged iron x 2
Scrap polymers x 16
Oil x 2
Coal x 10
Bottle of acid x 1

It is possible to craft or scavenge most of the ingredients. However, the bottle of acid is only available in the open world. Crates and kitchen sink cabinets are common places to find it.

And, as soon as you have wheels in 7 Days To Die, you can craft vehicles, and your life will be much easier.

Get Wheels as Loot

Wheels in 7 Days to Die can be obtained by looting them as loot in the game. You’ll notice old wheels lying around if you travel far enough on the map.

You can either place them on their own or stack them together. It is also possible to break down these wheels and get yourself an actual wheel.

If you’re lucky, you’ll get plastic and a wheel from this, if you break it apart with a tool. It is mostly a matter of chance when you break apart these old tires, as it isn’t guaranteed that you will get a wheel every time.

You can use a pickaxe or stone axe to break these apart. In case you were successful in getting a wheel, you will see a little wheel symbol appearing on the bottom left.

Wheels can also be found by simply looting some areas. The best place to do this is in places like mechanic shops and gas stations on the map.

Check out the gas stations and loot the containers you find inside for a good chance of finding your own wheels.

You can also create your own wheels if you’re not one for chance. Although gathering all of the necessary materials is harder, you are guaranteed to get wheels this way.
